Shaky Feeling In Chest
Tach during sleep nightly, shaky, shivering, nervous feeling in chest, headache. Wakes me up. Go to emerg, attack over. What doc should I see?
Primary Care/Psych: If you had an evaluation in the ER and there was no cardiac problems, I would start with your Primary Care Physician. He/She can screen for metabolic problems that can cause these symptoms. If they keep happening and your tests are negative, they may be panic attacks which may lead to a Psychiatric referral. A good therapist may also be able to teach you some techniques to deal with panic attack
Atypical chest pain: Unless a very strong family history of premature CAD or personal risk factors such as heavy smoking, Drug abuse or morbid obesity, recurrent CP associates with SOB and shakiness is a sign of atypical CP due to musculoskeletal origin or anxiety. If associated palpitation may consider valvular HD especially a mitral valve prolapse.
My anxiety makes me have issues sleeping, lower chest pain, leg pain/warmth/shakiness, and arm pains. Is all of this normal and is it safe to work out?
Many symptoms: First u need to see u p CP for evaluation and work up, if no physical finding than yes.

See MD to evaluate: Burning stinging type pain is usually related to nerve type pain. Can be caused by thoracic spine degenerative disc which can cause nerve root impingement that can cause this type of pain in left upper chest. Can be caused by virus like Herpes Zoster, called Shingles, which is caused by having chicken pox as a child and the virus coming out as adult in specific nerve root pattern. Cramps and vibration: The feelings of vibration is usually caused by small muscle contractions and relaxations. Often too small to see. That is very similar to a cramp which is the same thing but it keeps recruiting other muscle cells to contract and not relax. What you are discussing is probably due to some type of stress injury. Women sometimes experience this due to restricting clothes or exercise injuries.
Need more info: A proper evaluation would require a more detailed history, physical examination and may be imaging study. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
Need more informatio: Ticklish feeling is vague. Can you describe fully what the symptoms you having for better response.
Could be many things: But persistent symptoms such as yours should be evaluated. Talk ti your physician.
Atypical: You need to exercise -- and talk with your doctor, he might want to get a cxr.
Go to ER: You might be getting dehydrated. Its very hard to replenish the water in your body fro a lot of throwing, so best way is go to ER. They can give you IV fluids and make you comfortable.See 1 more doctor answer
Sometimes I get a pain in my chest that is kind of like a pinching feeling. What can be causing this?
Many possibilities: Chest pain can come from many causes including heart, lungs, esophagus, rib cage and others. Not knowing your age, health history, family history, smoking history, cholesterol level, and additional information specific to this pain, it is impossible to tell exactly what is causing this pain. Best to see your family doctor or internist for a definitive answer as to the source of your pain.See 1 more doctor answer
Hi I am currently feeling like if I have something stuck in my chest and it feels really cold it hurts a lot.
IcePickToTheHeart?: Live in Alaska? Swallow an ice cube? Huffing nitrous? I guess not. If it hurts that bad go get it checked out. Maybe a chest x-ray is in order. It usually turns out to be nothing (maybe a muscle spasm, or mild inflammation) but then again it could be something more serious, so why take a chance unless you are feeling better?
