My husband went into shock 5 minutes after orgasm. It lasted for 15 minutes, nausea, shaking, dizziness, short of breath, unable to move, fever. Why?
Seizure: There are some humans who do seize with their orgasms. But, if this is the first time and was as severe as you describe your husband must be seen urgently by his family physician. He must not participate in sexual or other strenuous activity until cleared by the physician providing him care.

Low glucose: You were clearly had hypoglycemia (h) and are not diabetic on medications. The possible causes of h, in your case are, too much alcohol, severe illnesses of the liver, such as severe hepatitis, can cause hypoglycemia. Another cause is a rare tumor of the pancreas (insulinoma) may cause overproduction of insulin, resulting in hypoglycemia. See a physician for help with your problem. Good luck.
Wat could cause symptoms of hypoglycaemia without diabetes or medication? Shaking dizzy feel like going to faint legs go like jelly extreme nausea
Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia, caused by metabolic overload, then metabolic over reaction. Eat too much, too fast overloads your metabolic machinery. Blood sugar rises rapidly and a huge metabolic response occurs to bring down blood sugar, often too fast and too low. The dropping blood sugars result in hypoglycemia, driving hunger and unfortunately another overeating session. Small frequent meals helps.
