Pregnancy test.: Abdominal pain isn't a great indicator of pregnancy (it's too nonspecific). Some people who are pregnant have belly pains, and other people who are pregnant don't. Positions?: Back pain during sex, may be related to a disc issue, depending on the position you use when having sex, vs referred pain for the pelvic structures that get aggravated when having sex.
