You should call your: surgeon for guidance but sometimes a wound can spread in spite of that type of closure if there is strain on the wound. I spiral fx'd my ring finger and just had two kwires removed. When closing hand to a fist, ring finger rotates under middle finger. Is this right?

If its crushed or your vessels are stretched/pulled out and amputated from the injury, very few would try to salvage that and simply complete the amputation. Lipoma: I'm not sure from your description, did you mean the inside of your arm above your elbow there is a mobile mass that only hurts if you squeeze it?
