So sorry: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. The mortality of pancreatic ca is very high and if the patient cannot tolerate oral medications then there is no other option but to stop the medications. ...Read more

No milk...small meal: Each pregancy is different, so you may not have as much trouble with this one, but some people do have nausea and vomiting with each pregnancy. Discuss concerns with your doctor, use pedialyte ice pops to help, avoid milk products in the early stages, and have crackers near the bed for before you even get out of bed. Dehydration: Severe vomiting in pregnancy is known in its' extreme as hyperemesis gravidarum. Dehydration is one of the symptoms and requires either fluid ingestion or IV fluid replacement.
