So sorry: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. The mortality of pancreatic ca is very high and if the patient cannot tolerate oral medications then there is no other option but to stop the medications. ...Read more

You should see your surgeon because you could have a fluid collection in the RUQ that may compress the stomach leading to the vomiting. It could also be gastroparesis.
