I am having severe upper abdominal pain and nausea which gets worse when i eat or drink and is accompanied by dyspnea. What could be causing this?

Opiate pills, dehydration, lack of roughage & Irritable Bowel Syndrome, constipation type, might be explanatory; perhaps has recent dietary changes.
