Very likely you are: Experiencing gastroesophageal reflux disease. This problem will definitely cause the symptoms you describe. Possible gastritis: Could be gastritis - the irritation from something that you have taken, medications, alcohol, excess acid, bile reflux or virus can lead to "hunger pains" without actually being hungry.
