Back pain: IF it is really so bad that you can't breathe or move because of the pain, go see a doctor. Your body has set off an inflammatory cascade in response to the introduced blood, meant to seal the hole in the dura which is causing your headaches. Back pain can be debilitating and signficantly can affect a person's quality of life. The only way you will know for sure what is going on is to have a complete evaluation by your primary care provider and/or orthopedic specialist.
You could be dealing with a sprain, herniated disc, sciatica, scoliosis, lordosis, etc.
In the meantime try an anti-inflammatory like advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen and try stretching every morning and evening. Your doctor may refer you to physical therapy and/or a pain management specialist based on his/her findings.

I get numbness in the front part of my left thigh when I lay down, have also had eye twitching and severe back pain at times. What is it?

Neither would typically becrelated to a twitching of the eye. Getting a good medical check up might be a good place to start. ...Read more
