Nerve pain: This sounds like an inflammation and or impingement of a nerve or nerve root rather than inflammation of these joints. Nsaids like ibuprofen,if you can take them, May help,but see a neurologist if symptoms persist or worsen and appropriate tests will be ordered and could include MRI and EMG. ...Read more

I hit my lower shin pretty good on stairs. I can hardly put weight or move my leg without severe pain. Its very swollen to my ankle but no bruising?

Ice it: If the injury occured within 24 hours otherwise i would recommend hot compresses. Antiinflammatories can be of benefit if not contraindicated. If pain persists after a few days visit the doctor. ...Read more

Knee pain: Definitely not normal. Might be cartilage or ligament injury. Could be a fracture which happened when you had the first fracture . Could be because of overuse of the right leg because of left dude injury. See your doctor. ...Read more
