Possible osteoarthri: This could be osteoarthritis which basically a wear and tear issue with joints. The chance of getting osteoarthritis increases with age and depends on a lifetime of joint use. Gastritis: Celiac disease is not diagnosed by gastroscopy since it involves the small intestines and not the upper GI tract. You problem appears to be from inflammation in the stomach which may be associated with H pylori infection, NSAIDs intake etc. It is best for you to consult your doctor or see a GI specialist to get a more focused diagnosis and treatment. Further tests: Unexplained pain is a matter to be taken seriously. A negative ct while somewhat reassuring should not be the only test done if no satisfactory explanation has been found. Work with your doctor and possibly seek consultation with specialist. Read more

Depends: On quality and character of pain. I suspect this was for diverticulitis perforation with colostomy and then takedown? You could have same thing happen again if the pain is constant, sharp and steady esp with fever or chills. Other possibility would be constipation or adhesion. Need to call ur medical doctor. Go to the ER now: If she had recent surgery and you can see exposed bowel through the incision, she must go immediately to the hospital. Shooting pain in side of back, what to do?

Any severe pain that: Does not get better after a day or so, or is getting worse should be evaluated and treated by your local pcp.
In the meanwhile take some nsaids, like aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen type meds (if not allergic), with resting for about 48 hours, applying ice or heat pads. These measures would help quite a lot of people.
