See your PCP: for examination and tests to rule out temporal arteritis. Initially the temple pain may be the only presenting symptom with the temporal and occipital regions being the most common locations. Lets review your que: Any fevers? Stiff neck? Sorethoat? Are you prone to sinus infections? When you blow your nose what color is the discharge? Since you get relief from blowing yor nose it sounds like you may be having a significant sinus infection and may need to be treated with decongestant/mucolytics and possibly antibiotics. TMJ?: It's hard to say based on what you are saying, but each of those activities involves exertion... And possibly clenching of teeth (unkowningly)..
