Inflamed bowel?: The most concerning symptom you describe is bleeding, I presume from the rectum. Yellow stool is often associated with excess fat in the stool, often due to malabsorption. A foul smell is often also present. But if you are now having rectal bleeding this needs evaluation to exclude infection and inflammatory bowel disease in a person of your age. See a urologist : If your urine is clean and your GYN examination is normal then you need to see a urologist to make sure you are emptying the bladder every time you urinate by checking the residual volume . If it is high that will explain the pain if not at least they can figure out what else causing this pain that get relieved by urination ...Read more
