Sounds like: Nerve irritation or injury that could be coming from your neck seem a very likely explanation for these symptoms. Assessing if neck position change the symptoms might help. A good neurological history and competent examination should sort this out. The pectoralis muscle receives innervation for most all cervical nerve roots and by your description the most likely level would be c5-6. You should see your doctor for a full exam.
