Having severe pain below right side rib cage and lower back tail bone pain, both leg socket joint pain, can't able walk now, did all type of scan mri, ct?
Inflammatory?: You need to know if is inflammatory and a sedimentary rate, RA factor, and nuclear scan can rule this out. RUQ/flank pain: There are many causes of severe right sided pain where you describe. Gallbladder disease (cholecystitis and/or stone) may be the cause or kidney infection/abcess/stone is another possiblity. A simple ultrasound and blood tests can help with the diagnosis. GB???: Gallbladder can cause pain on the left side as well on the right side, so GB attack will be my first choice. she could be having pain in the cartilage part of the rib, costochondritis .could be from minor trauma, or from a bra with a hard wires. diabetes and GB are not a very good combination. make sure she stay in touch with her PCP, or her surgeon, to prevent any major complication. ...Read more

This is unusual: You need to specify how long this has been going on. Is there anything that has brought this on. How frequent does this occur. It does appear to be GI in nature as this area is involved is the bowel . Which one is not clear.and may however be the small bowel.
