Ovary pain: Appendix, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, kidney stone, and even a bowel issue but the list goes on and on. You should be evaluated by a clinician and a urine should be also drawn and evaluated for infection and blood. Gastroenteritis?: If this gets much worse get to a doctor and be evaluated. If diarrhea begins along with vomiting stay well hydrated and if you cannot, get to an ER. If the fever becomes worse go and get seen. In short, not enuf info to make a definitive recommendation, but this sounds as if it is any worse you should definitely be seen. With the exception: of fever, all other symptoms can be attributed to pregnancy. But fever is not normal in the first trimester, so you may have a viral or bacterial infection just like anyone else can. Monitor your symptoms closely, and if they worsen and you cannot keep fluids down, head to the doctor's office or emergency room to get help for you and make sure baby is ok.
