Cubital Tunnel Syn: Cubital tunnel syndrome describes a condition where the ulnar nerve is entrapped at the elbow. Affected patients often experience numbness/tingling along the little finger and the ulnar half of the ring finger. This discomfort may be accompanied by weakness of grip and, rarely, by intrinsic muscle wasting. I see you are on metformin which is important because dm can cause your problem. Good luck.

Two disc herniations 1 pinching C8 ddd canal stenosis and severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. Which is causing severe hand numbness 3yrs ?

Two disc herniations 1 pinching C8 ddd canal stenosis and severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. Which is causing severe hand numbness 3yrs ?

Likely carpal tunnel: Both have overlap within the hands depending upon the distribution. MRI is necessary of cervical spine and in many cases if distribution is not distinct, further an EMG/Nerve conduction study to delineate. In most cases however, it is more likely the carpal tunnel is the culprit. Consultation/examination by a neurosurgeon would be most appropriate for diagnosis.

Let doctor decide: Your blurry vision may be a separate issue! it could be totally separate from your other symptoms; you should see a doctor for medical examination and advice. The hand may be carpal tunnel syndrome or manifestation of more systemic disease.

I feel severe numbness in my right hand and in my feet fingers could you please suggest me something to make this better?

MS related likely: With ms, numbness may come and go and may occur in any part of the body. If this is all on the same side of the body and involves the arm and the leg, fingers and toes, then this could also be a mild "stroke"; indicating a problem on the left side of the brain. Get another opinion: Your symptoms sound like they are more related to your neck, possibly a pinched nerve or irritation. Could be carpal tunnel or other non-muscular problem. I would get a second opinion or ask for referral to a specialist--like a neurologist.

What are the causes of numbness in hands and severe rib and spine pain?

Radiculopathy: This sounds like it is most likely to be cervical radiculopathy which results from a pinched nerve in the neck. This requires orthopedic evaluation. There are other much rarer causes, and an orthopedist or a neurologist visit can help.
