Possible herniated: Disc. Not sure. Ear popping is due to your inner ear, middle ear and eustachian tube. Your neck pain could be from your mastoids which is a bone next to your ear. I would see a family doctor and ask if you need to see an ENT specialist. ...Read more

Difficult to say....: Any 'severe' pain in any part of body should be looked at by a physician in person for a proper diagnosis and prompt treatment. Cervical facets?: I can't say for sure without examining you, but in my patients, this presentation is usually a cervical facet joint issue. You should seek out a non-surgical spine specialist (physical medicine or anesthesia pain doc). Sugar levels: Have to come down, and water retention with steroid has to be urinated out then you will see you weight drift back down to previous. Should tell your doctor about the your response to injection. ...Read more

Stop Lexapro (escitalopram): Stop taking the Lexapro (escitalopram) for 5 days to see if the pain goes away. If it does restart it to see if the pain returns. If it does contact your Dr to be examined & possibly change your medication. ...Read more
