How severe is an albumin of 5.4? Please describe severity of symptoms? Crippling fatigue, pulsating symptoms, severe headaches, eye pain, nausea?

None of the above: I hope it doesn't disappoint you greatly to let you know that your Albumin levels are considered quite within the normal range.
