Gastroenteritis ?: Senekot is usually considered to be pretty safe to use during pregnancy so I wouldn't necessarily think your symptoms are caused by it. You may have a (hopefully) short-term gastroenteritis/GI virus that will resolve soon. Treat symptoms with antacids for a day or two. Work on constipation with fluids/fiber/exercise. Possibly: Your gf needs to see her OB asap. It can be from a miscarriage but one cannot rule out a serious infection. Even a miscarriage needs be examined to be sure that there is no left-over tissue. ...Read more

Abd pain & fever may arise from many, many different diseases, not just limited to the gallbladder, kidney, or colon. Not sure but: Possibilities may include stagnant or slow flow of bile in d duct/cholestasis, ibs, pinched phrenic nerve underneath rib cage, muscle strain etc. Follow up with ur dr. Gallbladder: You are very young and I don't have the benefit of seeing and examining you in person. Based on the whole constellation of symptoms though, I would think that you are having problems with you gallbladder. The symptom of the pain getting worse after eating, is what tips me to thinking it is your gallbladder, Especially if you are eating greasy and / or spicy food frequently. ...Read more
