If you believe you have kidney stone, see a urologist. If you have fever, you could have infection going on. Many symptoms: What you are describing seems to involve a lot of different things. There is no rule that says you can only have one disease at a time. Low back and "tits" pain are unusual to be related. The past cellulitis is also probably unrelated unless he has it currently. A viral syndrome can cause a lot of things to have symptoms.
