Very rare.: I have looked and read though several reviews, and find no mention of auditory problems. I would think it might be possible through increased laxity of the ear drums, but in the two reviews i read, no mention of this in elhers-danlos. ...Read more

Ear Sensitivity: Ear sensitivity that you are are asking about is hearing and this is measured in decibels (db). This is done by checking the hearing at different frequencies or pitches. The most common are 250 Hertz (Hz), 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000. Sometimes other frequencies are tested. Normal for any frequency is 25 db or better.
