Stress? I don't know: That all those things could be due to stress is possible but far-fetched. Your symptoms are very suggestive of drug side effects, especially Depakote. If you are taking any major presciption drugs, start there. If you're not or stopping your meds doesn't eliminate the symptoms, you need to be worked up for metabolic, autoimmune or other conditions. You need to check with your pcp, who should check your medical history, family history and any risk factors. You will possibly need ct or MRI brain to rule out any organic pathology. You also may have some withdrawal headache from the alcohol, or tension headache. It's important to know what alleviates the headache and what makes it worse as well.
