See an MD: Are you diagnosed with seizure disorder? It's normal to feel groggy and 'out of it' for a while after a seizure, but severe headaches don't necessarily go with seizures and would need to be worked up by an md. See an md, because some seizure disorders are life-threatening if not controlled. A neurologist would be best suited for this. ...Read more

?migraine: Rub base of right mastoid at very bottom for about 5 minutes, as this might trigger the Greater Occipital Nerve. The other approach is to compress the web space between the right thumb and index finger for about 3-5 minutes. But don't expect miracles otherwise. Migraine: One sided head ache, associated with pain in the eyeball, of pulsating quality , asso. With nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light &sound suggests migraine there are variants of migraine but the above picture is the classical one.You can try meds like tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aspirin if no allergies, the otc preps but if there is no relief see ur dr for meds- triptan gropu/ergotamine gp-to be prescribed by them. ...Read more

Not related: Okay to use tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin for your headache. Hydrate with extra oral fluids, particularly juices, tea with honey and broth. If your head ache does not resolve in a day then call your doc and your surgeon. They will guide you on a persistent headache. ...Read more

In the short run?: Excedrin for migraine headaches if they seel such a product in India and if symptoms are that of migraine headache (one sided thumping along with nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light, sound, and smells). Referral to Dr?: The ER doctor should have advised you to see your doctor for follow-up. That's what you need to do.
