Plantar fasciitis: Most common pain will be due to plantarfascia inflammation. I don't know if by left side you mean in the arch or outside of the arch. If the pain is due to a sprain ie stepping off a curb, you may have pain in the cuboid bone which may be subluxed or out of position. The pain may require manipulation to reduce the position of the cubiod bone back and supportive inserts to prevent relapse. ...Read more

Stop Playing around.: Sounds like there's a whole lot going on here. Any one of the areas of pain could be the problem and compensation causing the rest.
Could be soft tissue or bone or both. Your best bet is to have it examined to eliminate the possibilities. My guess is that you will need a cam walker of stabilize the foot for a while. ...Read more

Nerve pain vs: or small fracture ,be sure good circulation; toes pink , pedal pulse[on top mid foot] good, may have stepped on hard rock or something, temporary pain but try aleve , tylenol , if worse see podiatrist or at least get xray . if foot cool/pale might need ultrasound to see circulation, be sure good fitting looser soft soled shoes with arch support ...Read more

Looking for some guidance regarding  pain in left foot. Pain at tip of 2nd and 3rd toes while walking. No real discomfort elsewhere in toes or foot?

TWO THINGS: I'm assuming no injury/trauma. First, is it the very early signs of a pinched nerve supplying the second and third toes; it's called a neuroma, most commonly affecting the 3rd and 4th toes. Second, if diabetic, is it the very, very early signs of diabetic neuropathy? Those are my thoughts.

Inflammation: You seem to have inflammation in the soft tissue structures of your feet/ankles. It could be a mechanical problem like depressed arches of the feet. It could also be conditions like gout or autoimmune disorders that are more serious. You have mentioned doing PT and MRI.
