Right lower back area has constant severe dull pain for a few months and right fingernails recently started to grow misshapen, can this be related?
Hard to know: So many things can cause low back pain. The most common is just the usual achy muscles. Misshapen fingernails can be due to a systemic illness, but I would expect that to affect both hands.
