Colonoscopy.: it is not unusual to have some gassiness and to not yet have had a bowel movement on the second day after a colonoscopy. However, it is not normal to have any bleeding afterwards. Trying to Conceive: If by "af", you're referring to artificial fertilization, then you need to discuss your concerns w/your Reproductive Endocrinologist. Maybe you have a bladder infection.
