Possibly: Whenever treatment fails or relapses, it would be good to see the doctor again for a new evaluation; the time course, response to therapy, or new symptoms often prompts a change in thought as to what the disease is. ...Read more
Can a severe reaction (such as swelling& high fever) to a whooping cough shot in the 50's cause an abnormal EEG and seizures in later life?

My 5 yr old the past 6 months he has had reoccurring upper respiratory, cough and high fever.. Steroids and amoxicillin twice now back now? What now

I have swollen lymph nodes , runny nose , frequent cough , and high fever and weeze noise In lungs , what could this be?
Probably cold or flu: Probably just a bad cold or flu. But with "high fever" you need to contact your doctor. Maybe s/he will want to examine you to check for bronchitis or pneumonia that might need an antibiotic. If chills, shortess of breath, if you cough up any blood, or if you have other lung disease like asthma, do it now, even though it's Sunday pm. Otherwise it should be safe to wait until tomorrow. Good luck! ...Read more
