More info is needed: Are you in a hospital setting?how bad of a lithium intoxication? . A low dose lorazepam 0,5mg po q4-6 hours should help. Certain nasal sprays: In the US, Nasacort (triamcinolone) just went over the counter-- works great for hay fever/resp allergies, nasal congestion, post nasal drip. For eye allergies, OTC drops like Opcon A are helpful. If you have skin allergies, itching, hives, etc, the best option is to talk to your doc.
