I started having severe bloating and gas around 9pm. By 11pm, it turned into severe abdominal pain that i can't pin point, but radiates to my back.

Could be gallbladder: While the symptoms are not specific, pain radiating to the back may be associated with gallstones or pancreatitis. Not sure: The symptoms you provide are not usually associated with a bladder infection or uti. Also, most utis, even if not treated, will resolve eventually. Sounds like you need to be evaluated. ...Read more

More info?: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does it radiate to your back? Or shoulder? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Cough? Go to PCP first.: There are too many differential diagnosis some of which are : gallbladder stones causing cholecystitis, food allergies, irritable bowel syndrome, specific foods that cause bloating like beans, cabbage types of vegetables, other types of colitis. The fatigue maybe caused by the chronic electrolyte imbalance cause by the diarrhea especially potassium. Your pcp can refer to gastroenterologist. ...Read more
