Diarrhea back pain: Likely related to food ingested. You can have back pain with diarrhea because the colon goes all the way up near the diaphragm and when irritated you can feel it in your back or along the sides. You still may have gas. Consider mylanta with simethicone but follow up with doctor/urgent care today may require antibiotics if camphylobacter which has a pattern of waxing an waning diarrhea ...Read more

Yes I have an: idea. He is going to kill himself! He is having stress ulcers of the stomach and who knows what other damage he is doing to other organs with impurities he is injecting into his blood stream. Diarrhea/pregnancy: You may be dehydrated and may even have a kidney infection which would cause back pain. You definitely need to go in to Labor and Delivery for monitoring and iv fluids. You need a medical e: It looks like your stomach and GI tract is not healthy. You need to go see your doctor for an examination, tests and some medication. Two weeks is too long to sit at home without a medical check up to find its cause. Most such problems(stomach flu etc.) settle down in 3-5 days.
