I have severe acne scars all ovrr my face..Some are holes while other are in the form of reddened skin while some are both...Non surgical ways plz?
Multiple options: Acne scars come in several "flavors." there are ice pick scars, boxcar scars, rolling scars and atrophic scars. Acne scars are difficult to treat. There is no "magic bullet." scar excision/revision, injectable fillers/fat, subcision, laser, chem peel, dermabrasion, etc. Many treatments can "improve" the flatness of the scar, and/or texture of the skin, but it will not make your skin flawless. ...Read more

I have severe acne and horrible scars. I tried isotretroin but it did not help. Can you please suggest some way?
I had a severe acne which left scars on my face. Also I had chickenpox 2 years back which worsen the situation of my face. How to get rid of these ?
Time helps, but: there is no magic Rx for scars. Wash your skin with a gentle cleanser, use acne free moisturizer if skin is dry, and avoid further damage to your skin and darkening of scars with regular use of topical sunscreens. If you have active acne, Accutane is very effective. Sometimes steroid injections or dermabrasion may be helpful, and these would be done by a Dermatologist. ...Read more
