Most probable cause is a viral or bacterial gastroenteritis,
Have culture and sensitivity of stool
Take Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg TID, to reduce vomiting
or ciprofloxacin administered for 3 days 250 mg, TID
Prevent dehydration with clear fluid, usually lasts for 2-5 days, no improvement after 3 days, see geastroe ...Read more

I would go to ER: If someone has diarrhea or vomiting from food poisoning or a virus, drinking Gatorade, pedialite or other electrolyte fortified water is a good way to try to stay hydrated. From your description with sharp abdominal pain X 3 days you could even have perforated appendicitis or ulcer. It is best to go to urgent care or ER for evaluation. They can give you IV fluid since you can't keep anything down. ...Read more

MY OPINION ONLY: You are MUCH too YOUNG for a hysterectomy! Find a GYN Specialist who specializes in DYSPAREUNIA (pain with intercourse) Your heavy bleeding is also treatable often with Birth Control Pills for a few cycles!
Ask you present GYN for a referral. He/she SHOULD know of a colleague with interest in YOUR Problem. IF NOT seek out another Gynecologist
