Needs to be checked: You probably have a viral gastroenteritis causing your symptoms. Consilt your doctor to confirm if you have it. Meanwhile make sure you drink plenty fluids to prevent dehydration. But if also vomiting and not able to retain fluids go to ER with your parents as you are a minor

I have had a few different times where I have severe abdomen pain feels like contractions. And then followed by diarrhea. Followed by more cramping.

Diarrhea: This sounds like some colon inflammation. It could be infectious, inflammatory bowel (Crohn's or Ulcerative colitiis), or some lesion extrinsic to the colon producing irritation leading to these symptoms. This needs evaluation professionally. Suggest you see a GI doctor. Best wishes.

Get it checked!: Bladder sits right on top of uterus. Any night time voiding, frequency of urination, pain with intercourse. Take some Pyridium (phenazopyridine) tonight (otc in several meds) some relief will indicate bladder- stop all caffiene and acidic beverages and see doc. No relief see doc.

My wife has abdomenal pain during periods or before periods. Severe abdomen cramps and back pain. What could it be? Help!

Alarm signs to check: Recurrent abdominal discomfort is first addressed by accompanying signs/symptoms that may localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Risk factors? Also what testing/results has she had?

Sudden stomach pain went diarrhea and very black stool still having those mild abdomen cramps heard black stool is bad need to know please thx?

Black Stools: I would consult a gastroenterologist if possible. What you describe sounds like an episode of GI bleeding. At your age, I would be concerned about a bacterial infection, or some other pathogen. Regardless, I would follow up with your doctor.

Pain in lower back/abdomen, cramping, stomach pain with nausea during bowel movements. 5 days dihareah & pain, finally solid with same symptoms above?

Pain in lower back/abdomen, cramping, stomach pain with nausea during bowel movements. 5 days dihareah & pain, finally solid with same symptoms above?

Gastroenteritis: There are multiple possible explanations here. My advice would be to see a doctor if, within the next several days, the symptoms continue despite the resolution of the diarrhea. The inflammation produced by the infecting organism (if this is due to infection) may produce residual inflammation causing the abdominal pain and nausea.

Sometimes I have severe upper abdominal pain in the morning usually. I usually can make it go away by drinking a full glass of milk.

Sometimes I have severe upper abdominal pain in the morning usually. I usually can make it go away by drinking a full glass of milk.

Morning pain: A peptic ulcer is suggested as the discomfort appears to occur when you've gone hours without eating and the distress is improved after drinking milk. Duodenal ulcers are a common occurrence. I recommend that you consult a physician or a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
