Since the purpose of the ER is to identify life threatening illnesses, when they tell you that "nothing is wrong," what they mean is that there is nothing that will kill you right now. Yes: Yes you can take Imodium as it is considered safe in pregnancy. Some word of caution. Make sure you don't have an infection that caused your diarrhea, as anti diarrhea meds can make the infection worse.
