Most likely not: It is not the illness that is the problem. Your body's immune system should be able to take care of the cough and cold symptoms. The problem would be if you were taking medicines in order to deal with those. The placenta is an amazing barrier, however, when you're pregnant, limit yourself to tylenol/fluids/bedrest and other non-med support measures.
