Breakfast: Please eat the entire egg, not just the whites. You are missing the most nutritious part. Bananas are ok but high in carbs so eat them sparingly. OK: One meal isn't going to make or break your program- the best way to lose weight is permanent changes in how you eat. Slow ; steady is the way to go. Hard to evaluate your lunch without knowing the rest of your diet but it looks ok. Eat mostly fruits, veggies, nuts ; seeds ; you'll lose weight. I'd have much more tomato/onion that a slice. Depends On A Lot: That all depends on your current weight, body fat to muscle ratio, amount you eat and total daily calories ingested, your activity level and overall basal metabolic rate. One thing for sure, you're on the right track in terms of WHAT you eat, although you didn't specify what KINDS of meat you eat or if you ever might eat some vegetable sources of protein.I think that just might cover it. ...Read more

122 is fine: It is entirely normal for blood sugar to rise to 122 or more after a meal; the "normal" level is up to 140. it you ate less the sugar wold probably not rise as much, but this is not necessary as your level is not of concern. ...Read more
