I took 'serious mass' protein during 2 days, 1/2 serving each day before going to the gym (at daytime) but i always feel some tiredness at night.
No, fortunately: According to the package, the protein is from whey (milk) and egg. No ground up testicles, fortunately. No proof of safety: Unlike otc ; prescription medications, dietary supplements have no mandatory oversight or regulation. Their manufacturers are allowed to make miraculous claims w/o proving safety ; effectiveness as long as they include standard disclaimer. No way to tell : Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs). As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true). Why not: Focus on eating natural, whole foods instead of a processed supplement. Serious mass is really loaded with fats and particularly carbs.
