No. U have not.: 1st b sure ur seeing a doc who will treat u effectively.Then there is a lot u can do 2 prevent the cardiovascular problems that may occur w/ untreated HTN.Eat properly, not 2 much salt. Normal weight. Regular exercise.Be sure u don't have sleep apnea.All this will delay or even prevent cardiovascular complications. If ur still anxious meditation can help.
