Nope: You're fine to take it. It's a very bland analgesic, in the same class as aspirin. Interestingly, Seractil (dexibuprofen) is the S-isomer of ibuprofen; ibuprofen is a mixture of the R- and S-isomers. While the S-isomer is more active, it's pretty much the same as if you take plain ibuprofen over the counter. Might be cheaper for you also. ...Read more
