If : If you're only having a septoplasty you can probably go back to work after a few days. The recovery depends on your pain tolerance and whether your surgeon uses any packs/splints in the nose. I try to avoid using packs or splints as that usually helps reduce the amount of discomfort after surgery. ...Read more
