Yes: It can. It would be helpful to know your age and history to comment further. Septated cysts are also a malignancy risk but there are septated benign tumors too. Do you mean 27 cm or 27 mm? Slow down a bit...: Ok, you have a lot of issues just recently identified. I'm doubtful you have any cancer. Your biggest concern appears to be the ovarian cyst, which is probably benign, but you need to be evaluated by your gyn. The hernia is an elective process, and the liver cyst is probably congenital. A ca125 and he4 test can help decide whether to go to surgery now or closely watching with follow up ultrasound.
