Shouldn't: While the pelvis is all interconnected, the pubic bone is in the front, and shouldn't cause swelling. It is curious why you think this joint is unstable. Back lesion as cause: With a pinched nerve supplying that area of the body, due to arthritis, slip disk, injury or space occupying lesions in the spine.
