Unlikely: If it is truly stage-0 cll, then it should not cause any problems. But if the pain persists you should have ct scan scan done. That is the only way to find out if the lymph nodes in the abdomen may be getting bigger and your clllmay be of a higher stage. ...Read more

Allodynia: It sounds like you're describing allodynia, a type of neuropathic pain. Whereas neuropathic pain is often described as numb & tingly, icy cold or burning hot, or even electrical shock-like, allodynia encompasses pain whereby it shouldn't hurt, such as touch of shirt as you've described.
