Skin rash?: I can't say what you're feeling, but for sure it isn't hair growing back that quickly. Why can't you wear shorts? There is a nerve entrapment that can happen near our waist in the front called meralgia paresthetica that affects a sensory nerve to the side and front of our thigh and gets worse after standing for long periods.
