Both!`: A firm boxspring/matress with a top "layer " of gel will soften the places where bone pressure occurs but keep your back "alligned" well Hope this helps Dr Z ...Read more

Pain in an area: of your back after a spinal tap may take a few days to resolve. Avoidance of direct pressure to the site is generally advised. This can be accomplished with use of pillows especially those long skinny round ones to prop you up on your side in a comfortable position. Irregular periods: If you have not had a period in 5-6 weeks then definitely check a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant and do not get a period after about 8 weeks then you should see your doctor for further evaluation. Repeat: the pregnancy test on your first morning urine unless that is how you tested previously. Home pregnancy tests can give false negative results when done on dilute (clear) urine. The history you give of abnormal periods is consistent with anovulation. Anovulation can cause irregular periods or missed periods.
