Seem Getting Stronger
Dull ache in left chest area, seems to get stronger every time I exercise heavily. Usually comes and goes, but today has been persistent for hours.
Can an individual smell dead people?, at random times, i seem to get a strong, weird scent which lasts only 4-5 minutes. I'm puzzled, what is this
Phantosmia: Smelling something that is not there is phantosmia. This can come from minor things like sinusitis, to other things like seizures and brain tumors. This can also occur with migraines. Not a good program?: Ur program may b wrong 4 u. Get an at-c 2 set u up. U need 2 b doing exercise 4 each muscle group & that means u need 2 kno how 2 isolate each 1. In a nutshell , u start at a wt u can lift 4 3 series of 10. If can finish add more wt 2 the point u can't finish #3. Work till u can & increase. Hydrate, 1 hard day next easy ? Muy left leg has had a burning sensation for about a week now , from top right to my toes and it seems to be getting stronger, what could be cause?

Enroll a family member or friend as a training partner .If you can afford hire a personal trainer. Always start with moderate intensity program like walking , swimming and lifting lighter weights.
