I had a TBI a couple years ago, & for the the past year been seeing bright white dots in my vision, & colored shapes. Is it seizure related?

I see black floating dots in my vision and it move from one angle another whenver i try to see somewhere else.

Sine last december, i sometimes see on and off black small floating dots in my vision. They go away after i blink a few times. What causes this?

There's a black dot when i see fr. My left eye. My eye dr. Said it will go by itself. It's been years now& there are now more black dots in my vision.
Takes a while: I am guessing that your ophthalmologist (not an optometrist i hope) evaluated your eye including a dilated retinal examination. Since nothing therapeutic was recommended, you are probably having changes with age in your vitreous, which commonly includes the development of floaters in the vision. The fluids move very slowly and it can take years for some spots to disappear. ...Read more
May be serious: Bright dots are potentially a sign of a retinal tear or detachment and immediate evaluation is indicated. Other possible causes include intraocular inflammation and stimulation of the retina due to normal aging changes of the vitreous gel in the back of the eye.
