Confusing: Are you reacting to minoxidil (Rogaine) as a few people do? Or do you have seborrheic dermatitis? These are 2 different things. Do you have sores or badly inflamed skin? Sounds like you need a dermatology consult more than you need hair color. ...Read more

Both work well.: They may even be used together. Individual response varies. You may want to try each of them for a few months and see how they compare. Ketoconazole is safe long term. Active ingredient in Selsun Blue is selenium sulfide - you may be able to buy a cheaper generic version. ...Read more
