Skin changes: I am not sure what is causing this. The hormones of pregnancy can cause skin changes that can make your skin oily or dry, which can cause sensitive skin and be uncomfortable. Can you have a yeast infection without much discharge (instead - red, irritated, burning skin on the vulva, little itchiness)?
Typical symptoms!: Contrary to what you seem to think (or what you have been told), increased discharge is not one of the main symptoms of yeast.
