Or avoid b blockers: unless b1 selective, which should be used with caution too, also Delera is a combo medicine , contains Inhaled CorticSteroid, in adiition to a long acting beta agonist (LABA) which are better avoided, if not extremely needed while on B blockers, generally those LABAs better be discontnued once asthma is controlled with other maintenance meds, please talk again to your doctor, take care ...Read more

Carefully: Try to avoid OTC sinus products that contain phenylephrine which can raise blood pressure when taken w/ bystolic (nebivolol). But otherwise it should be okay. Since you already have high BP - this is important. It should not increase your emotional problems, but if it does - use as little as possible. I hope you feel better soon. ...Read more

Don't look: The peak flow rate is based on your height and sex and thus can't tell whether yours is bad or not. The more important point is how much has it changed from your pfr when you not have breathing problem. As suggested by dr pizzo, you should consult an allergist to help manage your problem. There is a chance that the atenolol may adversely impact your asthma. Fev-1 is superior to pfr. ...Read more
