Being sent to a certified allergist for a complete allergy and immunology workup. I know what allergy test is but what does immunology work up entail?

Allergy test came back highly allergic to all dairy, all wheat, gluten, all yeast, rice, eggs, some fish. Could anything else be wrong?Why so much?
Doubtful results: I wonder if you had your test with a board certified allergist, or was it a random blood test you had with another practitioner. It is unlikely for an adult to be allergic to all these items and i stronly doubt the accuracy of these results. Although it is encouraging that they are negative, there are other things you could be allergic to, such as aeroallergens: pollens, grasses, trees, weeds and even animals.
